This sub-penthouse renovation on West 10th focused on improving the layout and upgrading key spaces while keeping the overall feel neutral and contemporary.

The scope included a new fireplace feature, hardwood flooring throughout, a kitchen redesign with wall removal to open the main living area, and two renovated bathrooms.

The kitchen was designed around function and storage, using Aster Cucine cabinetry and integrated solutions to keep the space streamlined. Stone surfaces and a restrained palette keep the room quiet and cohesive, while Bocci lighting adds sculptural moments without taking over the architecture. Finish and fixture selections were developed in close collaboration with the client, with Fantini plumbing throughout and a mix of crisp geometry and high-contrast tilework in the bathrooms.

The result is a clean, modern update with improved flow, more storage, and a calm base that suits an upper-level home.
