Fairview Apartment was completed in 2018 as a full renovation and design of a personal city home with a more grounded, darker direction that felt intentional and calm. The goal was simple: make the layout feel open and easy to live in, without losing that sense of privacy and comfort you want in an apartment.

We removed a wall to open the kitchen to the main living area and created a clearer flow throughout, then carried the same design language across the entire home so it reads as one cohesive space. The kitchen and both bathrooms were fully rebuilt, and new flooring helped tie everything together for a clean, contemporary finish that still feels warm and lived-in.
