Rosser Avenue House is a full home renovation in Burnaby, designed to trade a chopped up plan
for a calmer, more connected daily flow.

For the Rosser Avenue House layout, we reworked the space from the inside out. We removed load bearing walls to open the main level into one continuous kitchen and living space.

Structural work and permits were part of our process from day one. Because of this planning, the new openness feels effortless and not improvised. Downstairs, the basement was transformed into a fully legal suite. This secondary space offers privacy, independence, and flexibility for guests, family, or rental income.

The interior direction stayed grounded and tactile. We paired warm wood tones against clean whites and matte black hardware. Tile and stone finishes offer a soft, natural feel. Layered lighting adds warmth into the new open plan. Behind the scenes, we upgraded the electrical and plumbing systems throughout. The entire home now functions as smoothly as it looks.
