Laurelwood Court is a 2025 bathroom renovation in Richmond, designed as a clean, contemporary space with warm mid century cues and a strong architectural lighting plan. We replaced the original sunken drop in tub with a freestanding tub, rebuilt the shower with a near flush, no lip base for a seamless floor line, and dropped the ceiling to integrate crisp cove lighting that softens the room while keeping it precise. Finished with Gessi fixtures, a floating vanity, and a restrained palette that lets texture and proportion do the work.
