02 Biography

Every design practice begins with a personal story. For Dimora Interiors, that story begins with its founder, Kian Samy, whose early exposure to creativity and craftsmanship shaped the way he understands space and design today.

Raised in a household of creatives, Kian Samy discovered his passion for design as a teenager.

What began with designing and handcrafting jewelry evolved into formal studies in engineering and architecture, before ultimately focusing on interior design at the British Columbia Institute of Technology. At 18 he started working in construction, learning how spaces are built on site and recognizing his calling to create his own studio.

In 2013 he founded Dimora Interiors, unifying construction experience with an artistic background. Since then, he has led over 100 residential projects, including large-scale complete home renovations, with a focus on precise detailing and sensible, quality spaces. Working in the dual role of interior designer and general contractor, Kian bridges concept and execution for clients who value modern, architecture-led design and disciplined construction.

03 Flexibility

Flexibility is a cornerstone of our interior design services.
While most clients enjoy the convenience of hiring us as both an interior design firm and general contractor, we can work from existing designs or provide design plans separately.

04 Materials & Furnishings

We hand-select and curate premium materials, fixtures, and furnishings for quality inside and out.

As part of our process, we consider not only the aesthetics and durability of these selections, but also how each detail comes together within the full context of your space and home.
