  • Informing about the timelines, materials, permits and costs
  • Developing a broad concept to suit your needs and style




 
Design & Material Selection

Phase 3

DESIGN & MATERIAL SELECTION






  • Presenting the material samples
  • Presenting the final design including:
    • floor plans
    • lighting and plumbing plans
    • demolition plan
    • elevations and sections
    • reflected ceiling plans
    • 3D illustrated plans (if required)
  • Obtaining the required permits
  • Preparing the construction schedule
  • Ordering materials

  • Do a walk through with you and educate you about the materials and aftercare
